(1) Vendor needs to provide design and construction administration professional engineering services to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL.– Provides a summary of the professional services to design, permit, and provide construction contract inspection and administration services for this Project.– Water’s project management information system, masterworks, including but not limited to consultant invoicing, submittals, requests for information, construction daily inspection reporting, contractor pay application review, document management, risk management, and permitting.– Develop an engineering–phase risk management plan, identifying potential risks early in the design phase and propose mitigation strategies, maintain the masterworks’ risk register form and the issues log form and coordinate risk analysis workshops at key milestones.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2026. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on March 9, 2026.
