A government authority in Lexington, KY is seeking a qualified consultant to provide design and construction administration consulting services for a range of agency projects. The scope of services includes civil, geotechnical, mechanical, structural, electrical, stormwater, and sanitary engineering, supporting all phases of project execution from initial design through construction administration.

Responsibilities involve the review of project-related information provided by the agency, project schedule development and maintenance, field surveying, and deed research with the preparation of easements in various formats as specified by the agency. The consultant will be expected to conduct geotechnical investigations necessary for design support, as well as testing and certifications during construction.
