(1) Vendor needs to provide design and build services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. – Design and build services for design and construction of the new community school, a 165,000 square foot k–12 educational facility. – Services will be delivered in two phases: phase I is preconstruction and design and phase II is construction. – Review of project requirements. – Program evaluation. – Recommended testing and surveys. – Quality control programs. (2) Pre–bid conference will be held on January 16, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026. (4) The contract period will be for two years.
