The City of Roseville, CA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide design–assist construction services for the development of a new facility. The selected contractor will be engaged through a Design–Assist procurement method, collaborating closely with the Architect, Engineer, and agency stakeholders throughout all project stages. Project background and requirements are outlined within the RFP and the Conceptual Design set prepared by the Architect.

During the design–assist phase—spanning from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed through the beginning of construction—the contractor will actively participate in project collaboration, conduct constructability reviews, offer cost estimating, and provide schedule input at each design milestone, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction document phases. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local permitting requirements, Title–24 energy standards, and agency-specific design standards, as well as coordinating with third-party testing agencies to verify façade and envelope performance. The contract period will be for one year.
