(1) Vendor needs to provide democracy suite election management system. – Transfer the main election database from the voting warehouse onto the county clerk’s election server allowing the county clerk’s office to officially tally election results – Set up and program Scytl (Election Night Reporting), a web-based program which allows the County Clerk’s Office to publish election results via our clerk’s office webpage. – Transfer election results from the Clerk’s server and publish election results via webpage (2) The contract period will be for two years.
