(1) Vendor needs to provide demand response scheduling and dispatching software system.– Complementary paratransit, local general public demand response services, route deviation service, etc.– The Demand Response Scheduling and Software systems shall use the state–of–the–art automatic vehicle location (AVL) using global positioning satellite (GPS) technologies, and mobile data computer technology available in terms of hardware and software.– The system shall be hosted by the successful vendor and easily accessed by authorized agency employees.– Client intake, registration and eligibility, vehicle management, driver management, trip reservations;– Automated fare assignments for all trips.– Dispatching, billing, all Federal and State required reporting, geo–coding, mapping including the rider origins and destinations by eligibility and associated reports;– Documentation of customer service requests and tracking responses– Client interface for riders to request and pay for rides via internet or App–based Methods.– To procure and install a system that automates the daily operations and managementfunctions while seamlessly integrating GIS, advanced scheduling and routing capabilities to reduceoperating expenses through automated efficiencies, improve customer service, and automate thebilling and reporting process.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2025.
