This renewal involves the procurement of a single software license, with delivery expected within two weeks of contract award.

Vendors interested in this procurement opportunity are invited to express their interest and submit documentation demonstrating their capability to fulfill the requirement and offer competitive alternatives. All responses must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be beneficial to the Government. Submissions must be received electronically by March 6, 2026, at 10AM (EST). Only vendors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) are eligible to participate.
