The government authority in Denver, Colorado seeks a vendor to provide trust custody services for its Employees’ Retirement Plan Trust. The scope of services includes safekeeping and asset servicing of both domestic and global assets, plan and investment accounting, Government Accounting Standards Board reporting support, performance measurement and analytics, short-term sweep cash management, compliance monitoring, alternative investment support, proxy voting notification support, trade processing and settlements, class action and corporate actions processing, and a flexible data management and reporting system utilizing modern dashboard technology.

Custody services require timely asset processing, settlement, and valuation utilizing Depository Trust Company or Federal Reserve systems, as well as vigilant monitoring of physical securities. Accounting and reporting responsibilities encompass services for a variety of portfolios and investments, including domestic and international equities, fixed income, commingled funds, separate accounts, equity real estate, REIT portfolios, and alternative investments such as limited partnerships. Additional tasks include capital call management, unfunded commitment reconciliation, detailed investment reporting, variance notifications and reconciliation, year-end reporting compliant with agency requirements, pricing guidelines, annual control reports, and customizable online reporting access for the Board.

Performance measurement and analytics are key components, and vendors should detail their services including benchmark calculations, maintenance, and support for custom blended benchmarks. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 11, 2026.
