(1) Vendor needs to provide database and user licenses software.– Development of a custom application.– Develop multi–factor authentication for access to the application in compliance with Cyber Security Standards.– Application must have internal audit record keeping to record actions taken by members using the application and have a way to sort those records by individual users.– The database will have fields that as much as possible import similar data from each company into common fields.
