(1) Vendor needs to provide data software program services.– Software must possess at minimum, the following features:– 24–7 (system maintenance notwithstanding) access to platform and all features via commonly used web browsers– The ability to export data, maps, and images in various file formats (Excel, .csv, word, PDF, .png, .jpg)– Easy access to technical documentation describing data reference periods, sources (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
