Oklahoma schools are seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive data platform solution focused on supporting bilingual education and English Learner (EL) instructional practices. The platform should function as an EL Data Platform and serve as a professional learning partner, offering research-based, targeted support to strengthen teaching strategies for English Learners across the district.

Key features required include secure student score data storage, EL data export capabilities, the ability to assign unique signatures, and tools to monitor components such as ELIS codes, accommodations, services, and signatures. The solution should also offer bilingual language support, classroom instructional tools, instructional guidance based on student performance data, and facilitate processes such as Home Language Survey processing for bilingual audits and parent notification letter management.

The contract for this data platform solution will be for a one-year period.
