Vendor needs to provide data platform. – Provide comprehensive data platform solution to unify institutional data across multiple systems for analytics, reporting, and predictive insights. – The College seeks a platform that will facilitate the democratization of data and foster our data–informed culture. • Consolidate data from Ellucian Colleague (ERP), Instructure Canvas (LMS), EAB Navigate360 (Student Success), Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Anthology Engage, Ellucian Elevate, and Ellucian Recruit into a governed warehouse or lakehouse. • Provide robust data governance capabilities, including compliance, audit logging, data lineage, and role–based access control. • Support business intelligence interoperability with Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and Tableau. • Enable data refresh at near–real–time or scheduled intervals. • Offer data access for raw and curated layers to ensure portability and avoid vendor lock–in.
