The agency is seeking a provider for a comprehensive data management system to serve as its Provider Data Management System (PDMS Manager). The selected vendor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project, including the design, development, testing, and implementation of the PDMS. Prior to go-live, the vendor must interrogate and cleanse the provider database before final data migration to the production environment.
The system must deliver high availability, operating 24 hours per day, every day of the year, with a minimum uptime of 99.0%, measured weekly. The vendor will provide, house, and maintain all associated hardware, software, network connectivity, and data storage required for the production, test, and disaster recovery facilities. The solution should also support detailed reporting on network activity and status to ensure transparency and reliability of system operations.
Project responsibilities include requirements validation, interface development, thorough testing, user training, and support for system go-live preparation and certification. The vendor will also assist the agency in achieving CMS certification for the PDMS. The contract will have a period of one year.

• Capability to support 24/7 high-availability software solutions
• Expertise with hardware, software, and network infrastructure provisioning
