Services include developing, maintaining, and modernizing digital infrastructure and business systems, covering areas such as IT governance, system development and modernization, cybersecurity, data management, IT infrastructure and operations, customer support, and innovation. The project calls for the application of DevSecOps best practices, such as Agile Program Management, repository and artifact management, automated security and testing, CI/CD orchestration, and active monitoring. Solutions may comprise various architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Managed Services.

Key responsibilities involve continuous evaluation of the software lifecycle against evolving requirements and operational needs, effective management of technical debt through agile risk management, and development of strategies to address technical challenges. Core tasks include software development (requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment), system integration, database management, application support and maintenance—including cybersecurity compliance—and support for cloud service management and migration. The successful vendor will also oversee IT infrastructure, implement DevOps practices to drive automation and continuous delivery, and treat data as a strategic asset by enabling policies and processes that ensure its accuracy, timeliness, accessibility, and security.
