An organization is seeking a partner to provide comprehensive data engineering, analytics, and governance services. The selected vendor will be responsible for planning and executing the migration of Azure SQL Data Warehouse workloads to Fabric Data Warehouse or Lakehouse platforms, which includes schema conversion and creating an inventory of data assets.

Key responsibilities also involve engineering new data ingestion pipelines utilizing REST APIs and middleware technologies such as Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions to connect various internal and external source systems. The vendor will conduct quarterly data privacy audits, assess the potential implementation of Microsoft Purview for automated data classification, and ensure that all data architectures comply with GDPR and other relevant local data privacy regulations.

Additional duties include the development of advanced Power BI dashboards, along with providing technical recommendations for performance tuning within the specified capacity to prevent overutilization.
