The selected vendor will provide comprehensive data development and dissemination services for the Strategic Data, Analytics and Business Services Branch. Responsibilities include strategically directing the technical aspects of the Work Outcomes Reporting Project (WORP) surveying process, covering the collection of operational data through to the integration of results into the reporting infrastructure.

The vendor will create documentation outlining optimal methods for connecting WORP processes and the enterprise data mart to source systems. Additional duties include handling ad hoc data requests from both internal and external stakeholders, providing administrative oversight to data mart products, and planning as well as executing technical data mining routines. The vendor is also expected to develop new information products and document metadata to address evolving stakeholder needs. The contract term will be for two years.
