Vendor needs to provide data center infrastructure management solution. This solution must enable full life–cycle asset management, power and network monitoring, capacity planning, and integration with third–party systems. Core Requirements include: Asset Management – Provide life–cycle management for designing, deploying, and decommissioning assets; track and manage data center components, including environmental probes, power systems, network equipment, and cabinets; support over 40 predefined data fields with unlimited customization; and visualization of asset placement and movement between locations. Data Visualization – Provide accurate equipment modelling with multiple layered floor plans; support full cabling infrastructure management, including real–time visualizations of circuit building and structured cabling, and capacity metrics for cable paths and tray design visualization. Power Chain Management – Utility providers, UPS systems, PDU outlets, and other components; 3–phase power monitoring, circuit breakers, and fuses. Capacity Planning – Visibility into power, network, cooling, and space resources; resource forecasting and conflict detection for installations, moves, adds, or changes; automatic adjustments of planned vs. current resource states. Technical Support – The vendor must provide enterprise–class product support with a minimum of 8x5 coverage and 10 monthly support hours. Preference will be given to proponents that are able to offer support coverage Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AST. Offer escalation paths and service level agreements (SLAs) to prioritize issues.
