The selected vendor will provide comprehensive data cabling services for a government authority located in Kansas, Missouri. Services will include the installation and maintenance of fiber optic and copper cables, jack components, cords, surface boxes, faceplates, patch panels, data racks, and related hardware. Contractors must ensure their service vehicles are consistently stocked with commonly used fiber optic and copper cable supplies and equipment to eliminate service delays and interruptions.

All installed cabling must be a minimum of CAT6 or higher, plenum rated, and sourced from reputable manufacturers such as Belden, Comscope, Burtek, or Anixter. Cables are to be fixed to structural cable trays, baskets, or poly slings for adequate support. The contract will have a duration of three years, with provisions for periodic project-based service as required. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 30, 2026.
