(1) Vendor needs to provide data book website redesign services. 1. Modernize/update/re–envision/redesign the website with a clean, intuitive, and interactive digital platform. 2. Increase and improve access to datasets through dashboards, visualizations, advanced search tools, filtering, and download capabilities. 3. Increase engagement functionality and opportunities by incorporating interactive features and data visualizations. 4. Install an efficient and modern content management system and tools for user–friendly functionality and updates by staff. 5. Ensure strong security, reliability, and scalability for long–term sustainability. 6. Update to allow full responsiveness for desktop, tablet, and mobile. – Website Development and Featured Functions and Tools a. Develop a secure front–facing platform with search and query responsive functionality. b. Migrate existing datasets and content. c. Implement advanced search and filtering tools for datasets. d. Integrate interactive data visualization (e.g., tables, charts, graphs). e. Incorporate geographic locational search/filtering functionality. f. Enable secure user document download capability (PDFs, spreadsheets, datasets). g. Develop a user–friendly content management interface providing the ability for staff to upload different types of datasets, data imagery, narratives, and documents. h. Optional user sign–up for notifications of dataset updates and uploads i. Compliance with federal and state data security standards. j. Installation of Analytics throughout the website to track user numbers and demographics, and collection and document access– Website Design a. Develop wireframes and prototypes for key pages (homepage, data sections, reports, search tools). b. Incorporate responsive design functionality optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile in collaboration with the requests, needs and vision. c. Ensure all electronic information technology developed or provided under this contract shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Electronic Information Technology Disability Access Standards. d. Apply accessibility best practices. e. Create an updated visual identity aligned with agency branding approved by the agency. (2) All question must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.
