The state of Iowa is seeking a comprehensive data analytics solution to support its athletics programs. The selected vendor will deliver a scalable platform capable of securely integrating, storing, querying, cleansing, and visualizing data from a wide array of sources. The solution must ensure full data ownership and warehouse control for the athletics department, allowing retention and management of all integrated data without platform lock-in or reliance on third-party gatekeeping.

Key requirements include a robust and flexible API to facilitate custom workflows and seamless integration into Iowa's broader technology ecosystem. The solution should deduplicate and unify data from multiple sources, matching records to create a single customer profile. It must allow for rapid ingestion of various data types and sources, such as CSV, SFTP, API, and ETL, without the need for vendor involvement when setting up or modifying integrations. Integration with systems like ticketing, fundraising, CRM, marketing, and athlete performance is required.

The platform should support the development of dashboards and reporting templates tailored for both leadership and sport-specific insights, and provide APIs or connectors for real-time access by visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. The solution must operate on a scalable, secure infrastructure supporting cloud-native or hybrid storage environments including but not limited to AWS, Azure, and Snowflake, and enable robust data segmentation for marketing and fan engagement initiatives.

The contract for this project will be for a one-year period. Questions regarding the proposal must be submitted by December 9, 2025.
