(1) Vendor needs to provide data analytics and new data warehousing and analytic solutions.– Lead Data Warehouse Developer will work with staff to (a) maintain existing processes and systems as well as assist with implementing new data sources as requested by and (b) transform, combine, and load data into infrastructure.– acquiring data from various sources including cloud services and utilizing secure and other transfer protocols.– Maintaining and developing PL/SQL for several data analytics initiatives currently in production.– Serving as a database architect to review current data analytics infrastructure and making recommendations on how to structure going forward.– providing technical support for interfacing between the backend data and the front–end tools such as Tableau.– leveraging existing in–house technology to support ETL such as Attonito Compose.– Data warehouse developer will work with OSC staff to maintain existing processes and systems, convert existing processes from Oracle Warehouse Builder (“OWB”) to Attonito Compose, and develop new processes to integrate new datasets into the data warehouse.– maintaining and developing SQL and PL/SQL for the PARIS Application.– maintaining, converting and developing all BI Publisher Reports for the PARIS application.– Performing database Modeling in the context of an online transaction processing (“OLTP”) system.– Performing database Modeling in the context of an online analytic processing (“OLAP”) system for the First NY Data warehouse.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
