A vendor is sought to provide a data acquisition and retrieval system to manage and maintain test data databases in Rhode Island. The project involves supporting two primary databases: one containing DARTS baseline configurations, and another designed to collect NPES and C5I system test data elements in compliance with applicable documentation.

The selected contractor will be responsible for comprehensive data management, including logging, backup, storage, and all aspects of test data accountability. Additionally, the contractor will oversee the packaging and mailing of data for each test event, ensuring secure and organized data handling throughout the process.
