A government authority in Oakdale, New York seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive cybersecurity vulnerability analysis services. The selected provider must conduct and annually maintain a Cybersecurity Vulnerability Analysis (CVA) for the organization's IT, Operational Technology (OT), and connected systems.
Key responsibilities include the assessment of risks to IT and OT environments, the development and maintenance of cybersecurity governance documentation and incident response procedures, and improvement of visibility into OT assets and their integration with IT. Vendors will be expected to identify cybersecurity gaps, existing vulnerabilities, and compensating controls, then deliver prioritized remediation recommendations with a clear, actionable roadmap. The engagement will include the provision of regulator-ready documentation and evidence for compliance.
Additional requirements include formalizing a Cybersecurity Program, establishing incident response capabilities, evaluating the likelihood of exploitation, and assessing operational and public health impacts. The vendor must provide an inventory and management plan for assets, document existing security controls, and enhance logging and monitoring capabilities. The contract period is for one year. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
