KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have experience and proficiency in the design and delivery of homeland security related seminars, workshops, tabletops, drills, functional and full-scale exercises.
Must have staff experienced and proficient in developing and conducting exercises in accordance with HSEEP guidelines.
Must have staff experienced and proficient in providing training to and coordinating exercise evaluators, controllers, and operators.
Must have an active registration on Sam.Gov at time of proposal submittal.
Must secure a City of Santa Ana business license prior to contract execution.
Must provide a fixed rate fee per exercise inclusive of all meetings, travel, supplies, and materials.
Must provide a dedicated, competent Account Manager.
Must maintain required insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Professional Liability.
Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including federal grant requirements.
