(1) Vendor needs to provide cybersecurity awareness and compliance training solution.– The solution will deliver role‑appropriate training and phishing simulations to students, faculty, and staff, and provide robust analytics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as completion rates, phishing susceptibility, and policy compliance.– Provide a library of cybersecurity awareness training modules covering topics such as phishing, passwords, social engineering, data protection, and privacy, with content suitable for higher‑education environments.– Support delivery of training to three primary populations: students, staff, and faculty, with the ability to segment audiences and assign different learning paths.– Offer dedicated or tailored content for students, including scenarios relevant to campus life and student technology use.– Allow automated enrollment, reminders, and completion tracking for required trainings based on group or role membership.– Provide end‑users with access to a self‑service training portal where they can view assigned courses, complete training, and review their training history.– Offer an intuitive, accessible web interface for end‑users and administrators, compatible with common desktop and mobile browsers.– Offer built‑in dashboards that show training assignment, participation, and completion rates by population (students, staff, faculty), department, and other groups.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
