(1) Vendor needs to provide cyber summit event planning service.– The Contractor will provide event planning services, including but not limited to, development, marketing/advertising, preparation, and execution of the annual events– Provide pre–event marketing such as branding and positioning, polling, website landings and registration pages, content articles related to speaker and event highlights, social media, sponsorship collaboration, press releases, and social media posts– Produce a high–level approach and documented plan early in the planning stages to include each portion of the event; the main public event, a sponsor vendor reception, high school challenge competition and high school student cyber summit event.– The Annual Cyber Summit will include• Main Event: Cyber Summit – Professional Day– The agency would like to have 1,000 attendees, with 40% being from the Private sector.• Sponsor Vendor Reception– Networking Reception providing light appetizers, beverages and the opportunity for the attendees to network with their colleagues and discuss technology solutions with the event exhibitors• Michigan High School Cyber Challenge (HSCC) – Student Event – Provide a competition for high school students who have an aptitude and interest in cybersecurity to challenge their curiosity and continue to build interest in their discipline.• Michigan High School Cyber Summit (HSCS) – Student Day– Create a space to allow high school students to explore the opportunity for a career in Cybersecurity by connecting them with potential employer companies and post–secondary options to further their studies in this discipline(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 8, 2026(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 5, 2026
