The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event planning services for its annual Cyber Summit. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of event development, marketing, preparation, and execution, encompassing professional, student, and networking-focused activities.

Services include pre-event marketing initiatives such as branding, digital advertising, polling, creation of registration web pages, publishing speaker and event highlight articles, social media engagement, sponsorship outreach, and press releases. Early in the process, the vendor is expected to deliver a high-level, documented event plan covering all major components: the main professional Cyber Summit event, a sponsor vendor networking reception, a high school cybersecurity challenge competition, and a high school student Cyber Summit.

Key highlights of the summit include the Professional Day, targeting 1,000 attendees with a significant private sector presence; a Sponsor Vendor Reception aimed at facilitating networking and industry engagement; the Michigan High School Cyber Challenge, offering a cybersecurity competition for students; and the Michigan High School Cyber Summit, designed to connect students with career and educational opportunities in cybersecurity.
