The City of Irving, TX is seeking a qualified vendor to provide customized parade float services for various city events. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, customizing, and delivering parade floats tailored to the event themes specified by the agency. Floats must be compatible for towing by agency pickup trucks and should be delivered at least one day prior to each scheduled event during normal business hours.

Each float may feature both small (2–4 feet in height) and large (over 4 feet in height) custom-built objects. Additional special elements may include moving components, musical features, and illuminated (lighted) elements, all integrated into the float design as required for each occasion. The vendor must ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working order upon delivery.

Questions from interested vendors must be submitted by February 2, 2026. The resulting contract will be for a one-year period.
