(1) Vendor needs to provide customized parade floats service to the government authority located in Irving, TX.—Floats must be customized according to the agency event theme and will be pulled by agency pickup trucks. • Floats must be completed and delivered at least one day before each event, during agency normal business hours • All equipment must be clean and in good working order—Small Custom–Built Object on the Float (Height between 2–4 ft)—Large Custom–Built Object on the Float (Height between 4' 1" or higher)—Moving feature element for float—Musical feature element for float—Lighted feature element for float (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
