(1) Vendor needs to provide customized machine translation engine solution. Machine Translation (MT) solution should offer the following: • Bidrectional Spanish to English engine development using existing memoQ TM databases, bilingual/monolingual texts provided, and bilingual/monolingual texts proposed by the vendor; • Cleaning of existing data prior to compiling the engines; • Customization tools for improvements to engines based on subsequent use; • Ability to establish sub-domain engines; • Testing and verification of memoQ API plug-in; • Solution should be web-based and hosted by the vendor.
