DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide customizable digital procurement platforms and related services for operational goods. The platforms must enable participating entities to purchase eligible facility operational goods through an auditable, ERP-integrated purchasing environment tailored to each entity’s requirements.

The solution must support general operational purchasing across office supplies and consumables; janitorial and facilities maintenance supplies; safety supplies and personal protective equipment; technology hardware, peripherals, and accessories; and other general operational supplies. Required platform infrastructure, governance, and compliance capabilities include tax exemption management, approval workflows, spend and fraud controls, user controls, ERP and punchout integration, transaction-level documentation, seller quality and governance controls, pricing framework compliance, supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives, geographically targeted spending, and analytics and reporting.
