The selected vendor will provide comprehensive customer solutions by prioritizing customer needs and developing low-friction solution toolkits. The contract will be firm-fixed price and requires subject matter expertise to research, facilitate feedback sessions, and conduct market testing to enhance customer offerings.
Additionally, the awarded contractor will deliver program management support covering administration, change management, transition in and out services, project management, status reporting, progress tracking, corrective action planning and implementation, conflict resolution, invoice management, quality assurance, configuration management, financial management, resource management, and ensuring staffing with appropriately skilled individuals to maintain minimal service gaps. The contract period is one year.
