Summary:
Utah seeks a contractor to develop and maintain a customer service website, mobile app, and phone system for the Express Pass program.
- The Contractor shall develop, host, and maintain an interactive self–service website to support the Express Pass program using the existing website domain. - The self–service website shall provide customers with the full range of account management capabilities, including but not limited to, opening and closing an account, changing an address or phone number, viewing transaction information and statements, updating or removing a credit card, making a payment, or sending an email to customer service. - Provide a mobile application designed to operate with smart phones and tablets and provide commonly used functionality for customer account management. - The phone system shall be able to handle all concurrent incoming and outgoing calls, and process calls during high–volume periods without degrading system performance. - The phone system shall provide the capability to record calls and allow for remote call monitoring. - Provide a secure, browser–based GUI for access to the and its functional components, the desktop self–service website, and the mobile self–service website version. - The browser application shall be compatible with the current version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari, as well as previous versions of these browsers and future version releases. - The application shall provide web navigation optimized for speed regardless of the web browser and provide an online help feature for each screen and editable field. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 31, 2025.
