The organization seeks a modern, scalable, and secure customer relationship management (CRM) system that will effectively integrate with various business-critical platforms. The chosen CRM must support connectivity with Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams for document management, email tracking, and everyday user efficiency. Integration with a cloud-based WordPress VIP public website is required to capture and respond to customer inquiries submitted through online contact forms.
Additional requirements include compatibility with Insight, a cloud-based case and workflow management system, ensuring that frontline service queries are accurately routed to the appropriate Valuation Service Delivery function. The CRM must maintain separation of specific integration logic from the core system, promote standardization and reuse of integration logic, and enable centralized security, monitoring, and governance.
The system should be flexible to efficiently accommodate the integration of new systems or changes to existing ones. Compatibility with the latest supported versions of Edge, Chrome, and Safari browsers is mandatory. The initial contract period is one year.
