(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management system. – Deploy a unified SaaS–based CRM system tailored to Banff Centre’s operational and strategic needs. – Replace legacy systems for ticketing, fundraising, and support program registration. – Ensure compatibility and data exchange with Oracle ERP and hotel management APIs. – Migrate data from existing platforms with minimal disruption and high accuracy. – Configure modules for audience management, donor relations, student services, fitness memberships, and alumni engagement. – Set up marketing automation and campaign tools. – Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support real–time decision–making and performance tracking. – Implement robust data protection measures and ensure compliance with relevant standards, including User Permissions. – Support comprehensive user training across departments. – Support change management to drive adoption and minimize resistance. – Offer post–implementation support, including troubleshooting, updates, and scalability planning.
