Seeking a CRM system to support a college's recruitment, retention, and student engagement strategies with integration and advanced analytics.
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management system that allows the College to manage recruitment and retention activities efficiently, personalize student interactions, and optimize enrolment strategies.– A CRM platform designed to support the college's recruitment and retention strategies, targeting diverse student populations and enhancing engagement throughout the entire learner life cycle across multiple student populations pursuing including, undergraduate, trades, apprenticeship, developmental, or vocational training.– An intuitive, user–friendly interface that facilitates seamless collaboration between college staff, faculty, and departments on recruitment, admissions and retention efforts.– Advanced segmentation tools for targeting prospective students based on demographics, academic interests, program preferences, behaviors, and other key factors.– Advanced segmentation tools for targeting students based on demographics, courses, program, campus, behaviors, interaction with college systems, and other key factors.– Integration with existing college systems to ensure smooth data flow, including seamless management of student records, applications, a learning management system (LMS), the banner system and other critical data.– AI supported creation of task, messages and interactions, report creations etc.– A system to track recruitment and retention performance with detailed engagement metrics, conversion rates, and insights into student life cycle progression.(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 8, 2026.
