An institution in higher education is seeking a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solution to support the entire student lifecycle, with particular emphasis on admissions, recruitment, and advising functions. The ideal CRM platform will be purpose-built for higher education, offering seamless integration with Workday Student through prebuilt technical service standards, and supporting a phased implementation process aligned with institutional goals and timelines.
Key requirements include a flexible, configurable data model to manage individuals across various lifecycle stages, as well as native capabilities for forms, workflow automation, communications, and reporting. The solution should enable configuration through administrative tools—avoiding custom software development—and support the management of application submissions, document collection, status tracking, and decision processes. Additionally, the CRM should provide automated updates to individual records, customizable application and review workflows, and automated communication based on status changes, behavior, or time-driven criteria.
