DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Chester, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide customer notification and service termination assistance for its water authority. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing water service turnoffs, restorations, and delivering notices to customers as assigned by the authority.

All work will be conducted at customer premises, Monday through Friday, with no activity before 9:00 a.m. and completion by 4:00 p.m. Service terminations are to be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., while restorations are to be completed from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Notice deliveries will take place between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. No service terminations shall be scheduled on the day before a recognized holiday. The service schedule is limited to a five-day work week, which includes shut-off visits, service restorations, and the delivery of customer notices.
