This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a customer identity verification and credit check software solution utilizing a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Interested vendors must present a high-level narrative that details the core functionalities and distinct advantages of their proposed solution.
Vendors should detail network and bandwidth requirements, and ensure the SaaS solution employs end-to-end encryption with 256-bit encryption standards, as well as SHA-3 hashing (224, 256, 384, 512) for password security. The response should include an explanation of incident and breach detection processes, notification protocols, insurance coverage, and approaches to incident remediation. Experience with interface management and seamless integration into the enQuesta 6 customer information system is required, together with a detailed implementation timeline, software maintenance and support strategy, API integration approach, and description of the software development lifecycle. Information on secure coding practices and the company’s Cyber Security Incident Response Program must also be included.
Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by June 9, 2026. Vendors are expected to demonstrate robust technical, security, and integration capabilities to meet comprehensive customer identity and credit verification needs.
