A vendor is sought to provide customer experience events services with a focus on implementing high-impact and meaningful customer-facing activations, performances, and events that enhance overall customer experience. Key responsibilities include developing engaging events, overseeing creative strategies to deliver high-quality activations across all terminals, and supporting employee engagement programs that unify the workforce around the customer journey, recognize front-line staff, and strengthen the airport employee community.
The scope also includes managing activities, resources, and event planning; coordinating the production of promotional materials and products; and supervising the creation and execution of events to ensure quality and public safety. The vendor will be responsible for managing program budgets and for all aspects of contracting, compensating, and managing artists, performers, subcontractors, and vendors involved in the program.
