(1) Vendor needs to provide custom promotional item production service. – The intent of this solicitation is to contract with a vendor for the production of a wide range of custom promotional items. – The vendor will be responsible for producing high–quality branded merchandise to support various organizational marketing, engagement, and recognition initiatives. • Product Categories:– Apparel: Including shirts, hats, jackets, and sweatshirts with options for screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfers.– Stationery & Office Supplies: Including pens, notepads, portfolios, and custom notebooks.– Bags & Totes: Including reusable shopping bags, backpacks, and messenger bags.– Drinkware: Including mugs, water bottles, and tumblers with various material options.– Awards & Recognition Items: Including plaques, trophies, and engraved awards.– Miscellaneous Items: Such as keychains, tech accessories, lanyards, and other customizable giveaways.• Services:– Design & Artwork Support: The ability to work with provided digital assets and offer consultation on design and branding.– Prototyping & Sampling: Provision of physical or digital samples for client approval prior to full–scale production.– Production & Manufacturing: Execution of orders using appropriate techniques.– Quality Assurance: Implementation of a strict quality control process to ensure all products meet agreed–upon specifications and standards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
