(1) Vendor needs to provide custom point of sale solution.– Develop a custom Point–of–Sale (POS) software tailored exclusively to agency.– System will track cash, credit/debit/mobile wallet sales. – IT will track transit fare media inventory. – Integrate directly with EZFare Back Office so that customer service representatives can add funds to customers’ virtual stored value accounts/wallets.– Developer will be responsible for implementation through launch and include hyper–care post product launch.
