(1) Vendor needs to provide curriculum management system. – Agency is seeking a qualified firm for the provision and implementation of a comprehensive Curriculum Management System to support the academic operations of the agency’s three colleges. – The objective of this initiative is to modernize and/or replace the existing system to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity across all curriculum–related processes. – The proposed solution must seamlessly integrate with Ellucian’s Banner ERP system, reducing redundant manual data entry and ensuring consistency across platforms. • Functionality and features provided shall include: – Curriculum: Upgrade/Replace the current Curriculum Management system for three, independent colleges, including workflow development, report generation and current data migration. – Integration: Build integration of curriculum data elements into Ellucian’s Banner so as to eliminate or decrease manual data entry in multiple systems. – Catalog: Allow for the online and PDF production of the Catalogs for agency’s three colleges including current catalog data migration/archiving. • Provide training (online/remote format) on its system for agency users • Proposer shall assist and resolve system problems for District users, remedy software, and provide other technical support as needed. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
