A consortium of three California colleges is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and implement a comprehensive Curriculum Management System to enhance their academic operations. The primary objective is to modernize or replace the existing system in order to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity across all curriculum-related processes.
The desired solution must integrate seamlessly with Ellucian’s Banner ERP system, reducing redundant manual data entry and promoting consistency of information across platforms. The system should support workflow development, report generation, and migration of current curriculum data for each independent college. Additionally, the platform must facilitate both online and PDF production of college catalogs, including migration and archiving of existing catalog data.
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing online or remote training for users, offering ongoing technical support, and resolving any system-related issues that may arise. The initial contract period for this project is three years.
