The scope involves upgrading legacy systems with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software and continuing the transition from paper-based workflows to fully electronic, web-based processes to maximize operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include enhancing system security through the implementation of a robust Microsoft Azure-based environment, and aligning with government initiatives to reduce workplace paper usage. The vendor will maintain and develop the system's user interface, manage inventory and end-user delivery, oversee account management, facilitate granular reporting and record management, and ensure seamless website integration with existing operational systems. Additional requirements include providing Azure infrastructure support, ADB2C development and integration, C# and .Net programming, Angular development, and maintaining supply chain integrations.
