DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide curatorial, programming, and art services for park-based events and activities. Responsibilities include the planning and execution of engaging art-related programs and exhibits that enhance the park's cultural offerings.

All print or digital marketing materials must prominently display the park's official logo. Additionally, any event signage—including those used to identify programming, entrances, event infrastructure such as bars, storage areas, and restrooms—must receive staff approval prior to the scheduled program date to ensure consistency and professionalism.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be an individual artist, curator, programmer, organization, or company
Must prioritize accessibility and be free and open to the public
Must adhere to Park rules and use guidelines
Must hold liability insurance if required by the scope of the event
Must obtain special event permits from the City of Providence if required
Must provide promotional materials 30 days before the event date
Must recognize 195 District Park as a sponsor in all public communications
