Vendor needs to provide cultural event promoter services.– Provide full–service event management.– Event planning and coordination.– Coordinate staging, sound, lighting, and technical production.– Recruit and manage artists, musicians, cultural performers, and guest speakers.– Ensure family–friendly and inclusive entertainment options.– Outreach to local businesses, schools, and community groups.– Design and distribute marketing materials (print, radio, social media, website).– Secure event sponsorships and in–kind contributions.– Recruit and manage food, beverage, merchandise, and cultural vendors.– Provide event staff, security coordination, and volunteer oversight.– Manage vendor load–in and load–out and on–site logistics.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 7,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
