Description includes maintenance and protection of traffic, clearing and grubbing, formation of subgrade, earth excavation, sedimentation control, cutting bituminous concrete sidewalk, removing concrete sidewalk, cutting bituminous concrete pavement, processed aggregate base, hot mix asphalt pavement class I, large block gravity retaining wall, and type 'c' catch basin 0'–10'. All questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026. A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on February 12, 2026.
