Vendor needs to provide cross connection control system. • Provide licenses, hardware, and implementation services to support the following: – Must have Web Based access or be Cloud based – Must be primarily designed for the purpose of managing cross connection prevention activities required by a municipal water utility. Must be scalable, and configurable out of the box – Must include support both project and long term – Must include historical data migration support – Must be capable of full integrations with multiple systems – System should support QR codes or AirTags for physical tracking of devices to improve accountability and reduce loss (Construction meters/RPZ). – System must enforce annual testing notifications and apply non–compliance and non–reporting fees automatically. – System should support configurable deposit amounts and billing for lost or damaged devices, integrated with account management (Construction Meter/RPZ). – System must allow for flexible integration with customer service for call routing and information sharing. – Online survey submission via a customer–accessible portal – Option for internal staff to complete surveys on behalf of customers – Ability to set reminders and alerts for pending installs – Customer portal with login via account number or service address – Workflows should be triggered by new construction, remodels, or untracked devices to generate survey required – Integration with engineering and permitting systems to identify unknown devices – Ability to send 'unknown device' notices with pre–filled account and meter info – Workflow to transition unknown devices into tracked devices upon test submission – Abilty to configure periodic audits of unknown devices
