(1) Vendor needs to provide CRM solution acquisition and implementation service.– The immediate priority within this program is the replacement of the existing PeopleSoft CRM system.– A comprehensive and modern CRM product and solution, including all necessary software licenses to enable enterprise–wide deployment and usage– The procurement also includes non–consulting services to support the implementation of the CRM Solution.– These services will encompass system configuration, integration with existing platforms, data migration, user training, and change management activities.– For sustainment and operational support services to ensure long–term system stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.– To modernizing agency staff and client engagement capabilities and is aligned with agency strategic business objectives.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
