The organization is seeking CRM manager services to lead and execute the design, build, and maintenance of a Salesforce CRM database. The CRM Manager will work under the supervision of the deputy director of operations and culture, collaborating closely with the data strategist and program team. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed discovery, designing and configuring Salesforce for relationship management, program participation, and institutional fundraising, and migrating data with staff involvement.
The vendor will be responsible for managing the overall project related to the design, build, data migration, and rollout of Salesforce. Additional duties involve collecting feedback from coworkers to implement ongoing improvements, creating and maintaining a Salesforce roadmap, discovering and designing new features, implementing those features, troubleshooting issues with users, managing user accounts and access, and supporting strong data entry and hygiene practices.
