Vendor needs to provide crisis response communication system.– Agency requires a crisis response communications system complete with command console and throw phones to enable seamless and reliable communication between all parties involved in a critical response• Command Console– CC shall be the central unit for the crisis response communication system that enables command staff, negotiators, and SWAT team members to communicate effectively during critical incidents like hostage situations– CC shall provide real–time feed over a minimum of six (6) Data Access Ports (DAP) to connect headsets and recording devices and allow for the management of data from throw phones and remote tactical units– CC shall be capable of being battery operated utilizing a replaceable battery.– The CC technology must have the ability to maintain clarity from a throw phone for a minimum of 3,000ft.– Automatically mute negotiator earpiece when the call button is pressed protect against loud ringing.• Throw Phone– Throw Phone shall be an industrial grade telephone handset with rear earpiece mounted IR tag and built in Omni directional microphone built inside a mil spec heavy–duty, watertight, and shock–absorbent protective case with a clear lid– The throw phone is to be attached to a 100 ft cable lead with the first 25 ft encased in a cut resistant metal sheathing complete with a cord transport and storage reel
