Minnesota is seeking an experienced vendor to deliver crisis media relations and emergency communication services. The selected provider will be responsible for offering immediate and short-term communications support during periods of public scrutiny, misinformation, or emergency events.

Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to Band leadership and the Governmental Affairs Office, directly engaging with local, regional, national, and Tribal media outlets, and coordinating media inquiry responses. The vendor will also prepare briefing materials for spokespersons, provide interview preparation, and offer real-time guidance on message discipline for elected leaders and official spokespersons.

Additional services involve monitoring traditional media, social media, and online platforms for the spread of misinformation, and developing or refining crisis communication protocols as situations arise. This engagement requires a proactive, responsive approach to crisis communications and a strong capability in managing complex media relations.
